Taboo word

For almost half my life I've been labeled by that word. Although I may well know that I am no longer the same person as I was, whenever the word is uttered, I cannot help but 'terasa'.

Well, perhaps it's the past that haunts me. 'Words are sharper than the sharpest sword'. The way the word is uttered, accompanied by the expression that comes with it could seriously kill you.

It's my self-esteem, I've got a low one.

Just like today, although he was not referring to me, but it's like you cannot help but to wonder whether people around you still feels the same.
