Anyway, remember I told you about an audit project manager helping us with the implementation of the FRS 139 ? Well, today was her last day. Naturally, I brought along my camera to the office today so that we could have a little camwhoring session.

At first, I thought of going somewhere special for lunch. Some fancy restaurant maybe. Instead, she brought us to this coffee shop in KL. I don't really know where it is, but it's somewhere near the Sime Darby building. They also have a branch in Pandan Indah, just opposite the police station.

Restoran Kin Kin (Sounds like kinky right?)

Apparently, this coffee shop is famous for its Chili Pan Mee. So the restaurant was very packed. Luckily, we didn't have to wait long before we got a table. After sitting down, for a long time we attempted to have someone take our order. After waving like crazy for someone to serve us, we finally caught the attention of one of the staffs.

What she said next surprised us.

'Could you take our order please ?'
'Already ordered.'
'But we have not ordered yet.'
'I have already taken your order the minute you came in.'

It appears that people only come here for one dish cooked in one style only. No choice on 'soup based' or 'dry based'. So there is no need to order.

After a long wait, the famous Chili Pan Mee was finally served.

You are supposed to mix the pan mee with their specially-made chili paste.

Being an avid spicy food lover, I added lots of that. Hence the stomachache I'm having now.

Well, all I can say is that the wait was worth-while. The pan mee was yum-yum. Nothing like the normal pan mee we have.

Now that the Mei Yee's leaving, I'm left with only the super-rich aunty as my lunch partner. At first there were four of us, and now there are two only. First to leave was Beckham's wife, well not exactly leave lah, she's attending a 2-month classroom training, so it's hard to match her lunch time with ours.
